How do I get a reference from a past landlord?
You send a referee request. The referee confirms details through a link, so references are checked rather than typed in.
- Open Verification from your dashboard and choose to add a referee.
- Enter your referee's contact details.
- They receive a link to confirm. Requests expire, so follow up if they have not replied.
- Once confirmed, the line on your passport is marked verified.
